Denver's In-School Immunization Program (ISIP)
Denver Public Health and Denver Public Schools partner to offer vaccination clinics in select elementary and middle schools in the community. We are proud to offer this service to our community and work to keep our children healthy. These clinics will provide all required and recommended immunizations to children in the school setting throughout the school year.
This program is intended to provide all age-appropriate vaccines to students. A consent form needs to be completed for a student to participate in this program.
The student's insurance provider will be billed for all vaccinations and the cost of administering the vaccines. All students, regardless of insurance, are eligible to participate. Parents are never billed for services.
Please contact the school nurse if you are interested in signing your child up for the program or contact Denver's In-School Immunization Program at (303) 602-3688.
Shots for Tots and Teens
Children younger than age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or person who has the authority to give consent.
